SBS is a very popular broadcasting channel in South Korea. Many might confuse it with Australia’s SBS. But SBS in South Korea is different from Australia’s SBS. SBS stands for Seoul Broadcasting System and is the largest private broadcaster in South Korea.

KBS is a national broadcaster in South Korea which stands for Korean Broadcasting System. The national broadcast is usually free to air and is available across all cable networks. These national broadcasters usually stream all the national teams matches if not all the 64 matches. Even if KBS is official broadcaster, we are not sure if KBS will broadcast all 64 matches. One thing we are sure is KBS will bring all South Korea’s FIFA World Cup matches live in South Korea.

Munhwa Broadcasting Corporation, usually recognized as MBC, is a leading TV broadcaster in South Korea. MBC’s Channel 11 is a go to channel for many Koreans. The FIFA World Cup broadcasting rights were grabbed by MBC as well and will bring all the live coverage of FIFA World Cup matches in South korea.
